Shoreditch, situated just North of the banking and financial capital of the UK, couldn't be more different than the suited and booted counterparts less than a mile down the road. It's a trendy, hipster part of London, with a great range of independent bars, cafes and restaurants. The area is also home to a growing number of IT startups, formed around the Silcon Roundabout, otherwise known as Old Street Roundabout.
The area is particularly known for its great selection of cocktail bars, and Vietnamese restaurants. Check out some of the incredible street art while you're there.
